Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, Regenerative Ventures was established in 1995, with the founding of its strategic green building consulting firm, WorldBuild. The company's mission is to accelerate global transformation through green building profitability. The company focuses on firms engaged in the built environment. It has served as a guiding beacon for over one hundred clients and many award-winning green buildings during its 13 year tenure.

Buildings contribute to 40 percent of global warming, 20 percent of our landfill waste, and consume a significant percentage of our fresh water and non-renewable materials. The indoor environment has been shown to greatly impact our health and productivity. Buildings are a destination, and therefore impact transportation and urban planning. They also contribute to the sustainable fabric of our communities and land planning. If you want to change the world, then buildings must be front and center in the solution. Even more important, is changing our individual and corporate thinking to embrace "green" as the definition of value. Regenerative Ventures specializes in helping its portfolio companies enhance their "value" and profitability through green building initiatives.

Regenerative Ventures capitalizes on the unparalleled brand, network and integrative multidisciplinary and visionary experience of its CEO, David Gottfried.
